For the inhabitants of Collioure, the village's festivals are always an opportunity to remember their roots. Even today, the Catalan culture is maintained and passed on through language, dances (like the Sardane), and music (like the cobles - dance musicians with historic shawms).
You will find on this page the main festivities organized in Collioure. This is not a full list of events.
February 24th and 25th : Antonio Machado's celebration
Easter: March 21st :Good Friday Sanch Procession (procession along the stations of the cross)
Meeting point 9 p.m. in front of Notre Dame des Anges church, procession goes past altars set up in the streets
Saturday and Sunday Goig dels Ous (chorals)
June 23rd :Festival of St. John: St. John's fires are lit in accordance with an old tradition.
Starting at 9 p.m.: Torch-lit procession through the village, lighting of the St. John's fires on the beach, making herbal bouquets, Sardane dances, and fireworks
July 14th: National holiday (parade, Sardane dances, dances for everyone)
August 14th to 18th: Festival of St. Vincent
This festival was first celebrated in the year 1701, on the day when the relics of St. Vincent, the patron saint of Collioure, were returned to the village.
Numerous festive events have been preserved including, for example, games and competitions on the water, dances for everyone, concerts and street music.
August 16th : Bull fight and fireworks
In Spring and Fall: Catalan folklore on April, May and September weekend.
In October : GRANDEUR NATURE Festival of photographies of animals and environment

at the Château Royal.
December 4th to 7th
La Cour de Noël:
Christmas Market in Le Château Royal
New Year's Eve : Party on the beach.
Dress code 2008 (will be known beginning of September)
A tent is put up on the beach, you can book a seat and come with your diner.

- Entertainment for children until midnight.
- Bands will play in the streets all night long. If you want to dance a DJ will wait for you under the tent.
- Fireworks at midnight in the bay.
Throughout the year, the village's cultural program offers concerts, theater and dance productions, dances, etc.
